Petits Macarons ships macarons to cities in the provinces of Ontario and Québec using Canada Post. For all other locations, please inquire.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Orders are only shipped Monday through Wednesday, to ensure your macarons stay fresh during transit.
Orders placed after 3PM EST on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday, excluding statutory holidays.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

You may pick up your online order from our production kitchen in Ottawa, at no extra cost, from Monday through Wednesday, 9am to 5pm.
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange a pick up time. You may also contact us prior to placing an order.
Our production kitchen is located at 2596 Edinburgh Pl, Unit #2. Please note that this kitchen is not a store front and cannot be used for walk-up purchases.
We take extra care when packaging your order to ensure the quality and freshness of our product. Your box of frozen macarons will be carefully wrapped in insulating paper and packed inside a larger shipping box.
However, because shipping macarons is a delicate business, some breakage of the macaron shell may occur during transit. This does not affect the taste and quality of the macarons.
Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it and we will make every effort to resolve the situation.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
